Masud S. Monfared, Principal, Investor and Managing Member As a Principal and Investor, Masud uses his 25 years, of experience managing successful business portfolios, construction projects, and land use developments, within the United States and internationally, to manage the assets in Parlin's portfolio. Masud holds a Bachelors of Arts degree in Architecture from University of California at Berkeley and a Masters in Urban and Regional Planning from California State Polytechnic University at Pomona.

Javad Rahimian, Principal and Investor As a Principal and Investor, Javad uses his experience to provide financial and investment advice regarding Parlin's real estate projects and business ventures. His extensive experience was gained from growing Motion Control Engineering, Inc. (MCE), with his brother Majid, from a start-up idea in a garage to the most successful independent elevator control business in the North America with 65% market share and 80 million dollars in annual gross revenue. The Rahimians have recently sold MCE and are no longer involved in its day-to-day management. They are focusing their efforts on growing the White Rock Investments and Parlin portfolios. Javad specializes in investor relations. Javad holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of California at Davis, and a Master of Science degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from the University of Florida at Gainesville.

Majid Rahimian, Principal and Investor As a Principal and Investor, Majid uses the experience he gained using strategic planning and optimal operational procedures to maximize the profit potential of MCE to accomplish the same objectives for White Rock / Parlin. Majid specializes in investor relations. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of California at Davis, and a Master of Science degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from California State University at Sacramento.
